    • No automatic billing until trial expires

    2. Subscription Refunds

    Due to the nature of our AI-powered service and the immediate value provided, all subscription payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in the following circumstances:

    Eligible Refund Scenarios:

    • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems on our end
    • Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error
    • Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same subscription
    • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization

    3. Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, you must:

    • Contact our support team within 7 days of the charge
    • Provide your account email and transaction details
    • Explain the reason for your refund request
    • Allow up to 5 business days for review

    4. Refund Processing

    If your refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

    • Your account access will be terminated immediately

    5. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Partial month subscriptions
    • Content generation credits that have been used
    • Custom integrations or setup services
    • Subscription downgrades (difference will not be refunded)

    6. Cancellation vs. Refund

    Please note the difference:

    • Cancellation: Stops future billing but you keep access until the end of your current billing period
    • Refund: Returns money for charges already made and immediately terminates access

    7. Beta Pricing Protection

    Users who join during our Beta period receive special pricing protection:

    • Beta pricing is locked in for life
    • If you cancel and later want to return, Beta pricing will no longer be available
    • This pricing protection is non-transferable

    8. Chargeback Policy

    If you initiate a chargeback instead of contacting us directly:

    • Your account will be immediately suspended
    • We will provide documentation to your bank/card company
    • Future service may be denied
    • Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues
